e-Payment is BETTER MAID’s electronic payment facility which enables our customers to purchase BETTER MAID’s services from their desired location utilizing internet connection.
Customer is a term used to address our patrons using the e-Payment service/facility.
Transaction is referred to as the process of purchasing BETTER MAID services

BETTER MAID is providing this facility as an alternative mode of cleaning services and makes no representations or warranties of any kind, express or implied, with respect to this website or the information, content, products or services included in this site including, without limitation, warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose.
In no circumstances shall BETTER MAID or any of its officers or employees be liable for any loss, additional costs or damage howsoever arising suffered as a result of any use of this facility.

You must remember your Reference Number for collection of Better Maid Services.
4. RECEIPT
In order for your transaction to be deemed successful, you should receive an email from our Better Maid Support Team and you may print your confirmation page from BETTER MAID while you received the e-receipt from us.
5. PRIVACY STATEMENT
By using BETTER MAID’s ePayment facility, you consent to the collection and use of your personal information in accordance with this policy. Though the policy has been developed to take account of changes in Internet technology, it is subject to change and any such changes will be notified on this page.
Bank account information given is only retained for the purpose of the transaction. No permanent record of any personal information is retained when you use the ePayment facility.
